Using a micro-learning approach, our lessons stimulate self analysis and awareness.


Students are bombarded with massive amounts of information every day.  To ensure that students pay attention and remember each lesson, we’ve found less is more.

MindSage uses the four principles of micro-learning to present information in short 2-4 minute soft skills lesson videos.

A brief 5-10 minute discussion at the beginning and end of the week, round out the program.

MindSage combines micro-learning with a metacognitive approach to help students make deep and lasting changes over time.

Our metacognitive component allows for transformative learning. We want to help students trigger ‘a-ha’ moments, as they examine basic personal meaning perspectives.
Using weekly assignments, students are asked to observe, notice, analyze and assess themselves in light of the weekly soft skill lesson. Students are then asked to record their findings in their MindSage journal.


The greatest and most profound changes a student can make, are those they choose to make on their own.

MindSage initiates self examination, bringing students face-to-face with an assessment of their current thinking, actions and achievements.
